Rocket Greens with candied almonds , roasted apple, stilton cheese and honey lime vinaigrette.
Tomato, Cucumbers, Sweet Peppers and Feta Cheese with mesclun  greens and balsamic vinaigrette.
Smoked Mahi Mahi on a warm potato cake with wasabi mayonnaise and capers.
Fresh Local Tuna & Chive Spring Roll with honey wasabi dressing.
Local Chicken Liver Pate with braised apples and toast points.
Local Roasted Peppers Gratin filled with goat cheese, and pine nuts with peppered mango emulsion.
Eggplant “Frita” ; local eggplant sliced very thin and fried in crispy batter with tangy mango piquant dip.
Fresh Crab and Shrimp Cake pan seared with pineapple and tomato salsa and citrus aioli.
Luna Sashimi ; local fresh yellow fin tuna with fresh garlic, lemon, green onions and sesame marinade.

Lamb Rack (n.z.) grilled with local sweet potato crust and balsamic syrup.
Beef Flat Iron Steak (u.s.a.) char grilled with shrimp, cabernet demi-glace and tempura onion rings.
Fresh Local Chicken Breast filled with sun dried tomato and edam cheese pan seared with dijon mustard demi cream.
Fettuccine Pasta with fresh local fish, tomato, capers, garlic, red onions, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil.
West Indian Shrimp spiced rubbed and grilled with breadnut pesto and chablis hollandaise.
Luna "Bajan" Fish Stew; fresh local fish, sweet potato and vegetables simmered in local pepper cream fish broth served with garlic, herb, parmesan bread.
Luna Bouillabaisse; fresh local fish and shellfish simmered in local tomato pernod broth served with citrus aioli and garlic, herb, parmesan bread.
Luna Crepe; local fresh fish and shrimp in white burgundy parmesan cream wrapped in our homemade crepe, garnished with tomato basil sauce.
Linguine with seasonal vegetables, garlic, fresh herbs, fresh tomato sauce and parmesan.

Priced from approx $40 USD

First Course
Local Mixed Greens with tomatoes, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinaigrette.
Fresh Local Chicken Lliver sautéed in port wine demi cream with braised apples.
Tempura Shrimp (Guyana) with mango piquant sauce.
local chicken wings pan fried with luna pineapple bbq sauce.

Second Course
Local Pork Loin pan roasted with mount gay rum demi and tempura onion rings.
Fresh Local Chicken Breast filled with local sausage and herb stuffing pan seared with golden apple demi glaze.
Fresh Local Lion Shark coconut crusted and pan-fried with west indian pineapple curry sauce.

Third Course
Local Ice Cream selection.

Special dietary needs can be accommodated and vegetarian options are also available.  Café Luna’s goal in the kitchen is to keep all food supplies local and organic when available and fully support our local farms, fisherman and vendors for their world class quality and freshness.  And only import food items due to non-availability or non-existence in Barbados.   

Thursdays and Fridays feature the very popular SUSHI NIGHT; Sushi Nigiri, Sashimi, Maki Rolls and Moo's giant Crazy Rolls a specialty! Regular menu is also available.
